Having Trouble Creating an Account?

If you can’t create an account, it might be due to restrictions from your internet connection, such as firewalls in places like libraries, businesses, or public Wi-Fi networks. Here’s what you can do:

  • Try using a different internet connection.
  • If you’re on a mobile device, try using your mobile data.

If the issue persists, your email address might not be eligible for registration. You can try registering with a different email.

We’re here to help! If you encounter any issues or need assistance, don’t hesitate to reach out to our support team.

There are no listing fees and no monthly Tumzy fee. On each sale:

  • Tumzy commission: 10% of the item price. Shipping and sales tax you charge the customer are passed to you in full.
  • Stripe processing fee, at cost: 2.9% + 30¢ for cards and digital wallets (Apple Pay, Google Pay, Link, Cash App Pay, Amazon Pay); higher for buy-now-pay-later (currently 5.99% + 30¢ Klarna, 6% + 30¢ Affirm). Calculated on the order total including shipping and tax, and split between sellers on a multi-seller order in proportion to each seller’s share.
  • Stripe payout fee: 0.25% + 25¢ per transfer to your Stripe account.
  • Stripe active-account fee: $2.00 in any month you receive a payout, deducted from your next payout.
  • Refunds: Stripe keeps its processing and payout fees when an order is refunded, so that amount is billed back to you in proportion to the refund and deducted from your next payout.

Payouts go through Stripe Connect. In your Store Manager open Settings → Payment, set Preferred Payment Method to Stripe, save, then click Connect with Stripe and complete Stripe’s onboarding (identity verification and your bank account).

Once connected, your share of each paid order is transferred to your Stripe account automatically, less the fees listed above, and Stripe pays out to your bank on the schedule shown in your Stripe Express dashboard. Stripe also handles your tax reporting (Form 1099-K). Until you connect, your earnings are held and cannot be paid out.
